After spending six years in the promotional products industry, I founded Cates + Co. LLC to bring a fresh and personalized approach to helping businesses elevate their brand. My journey began as a Customer Service Representative for a large distributor, where I managed over 75 accounts across three sales reps for two years. This experience taught me the inner workings of the business and how to balance client expectations while managing my time efficiently.

Following that, I spent a year in inside sales, where the fast-paced environment honed my ability to execute accurately the first time. I then transitioned to outside sales for another year, where I developed the confidence and knowledge to take the leap and start my own company.
